Reclaimed Seatbelt Chair
Adam Barron, a student of Industrial Design at the University of Cincinnati, created the super chic Reclaimed seatbelts Chairman of steel rod frame and seat belt which he collected from a local junkyard. This is one of the best designs I’ve ever seen made from reclaimed auto parts. His design combines three of the five principles of Japanese design: humor, expertise, compactness, asymmetry and simplicity. Seats are handmade in New York and, because of its nature, each seat one-of-a-kind.
